REC Building transformed this laundry into a light-filled, highly functional space that balances practicality with refined style. The brief was to create a hardworking room that didn’t feel like an afterthought, and the result delivers exactly that. The layout maximises bench space for everyday use, while the timber cabinetry and floating shelving add warmth and character. Black fixtures and a crisp white palette create a modern contrast, ensuring the design feels both timeless and contemporary. The finished space is not only efficient but also inviting – proof that even the most practical rooms of the home can be beautiful.
